As part of our RESH Empowerment Matrix, the JRS® Assessment, a tool within the Journey System is designed to uncover your organization's operational behavior, maturity, and risks in the most objective manner.

The purpose of the assessment is to generate your JRS® or Journey Readiness Score. This score becomes the foundation from which a strategy is developed to guide you towards achieving specific outcomes based on your company’s goals and priorities.

Gone are the days of the multi-week, multi-month, ton of consultants and of course the expense. What would normally take 3-6 months to achieve through interviews, meetings, and various data gathering methods, the JRS® Assessment can accomplish within 1.5-2.5 hours.
