The RGX© service delivery is quantified in four(4) levels:
Standard
Addresses the current status of the organization and provides a improvement plan with alignment support, mission vision and enterprise goal development along with executive coaching for the head of the organization or department in a large organization. It also provides access to the members only area which has exclusive material from our partners for the support of the various activities of the organization and templates related to vision, mission and enterprise goal development and support. Monthly checkin on the progress on the chosen development path along with a security Scorecard.
Governance
Includes all Standard along with the development of an information governance and management plan and support for the execution of said plan. Executive coaching is added for an additional 2 executives along with the head of the organization. This positions the organization for optimal use of the information within the organization. Bi-Weekly checkin in support of the chosen path.
Enterprise
Includes all Governance, adding enterprise architectural services this positions the company better for growth and continual development. Including the launch of new products and services. Members area access is also upgraded to include enterprise architecture content along with support for up to 6 executives including the CEO.
Platinum
Includes all Enterprise level services with the addition of information risk and security plan development and support for staff development activities across all parameters for appropriate information use and protection within an organization. Executive team engagement up to 10 Execs including the CEO The members area access is again upgraded to include risk and security information for organizational consumption including templates for execution of the developed plans.
